Shop Policies

Hello friends and welcome to the least exciting page, but not the least important. Please read these and understand that all of these policies will apply to your order whether you've read them or not. 

Handling Time:

Please allow 7-10 days for orders to be packaged and shipped. This timeline can often be shorter, but we ask for your patience for orders to go out. 

Shipping:

Especially right now with the effects of the COVID-19 crisis showing no signs of slowing, shipping is an unknown. We make two domestic shipping options available to you at check out, First Class and Priority. Priority Mail is insured, while First Class is not. Consider these options when placing your order, and please be patient with the mail system. Once a package leaves our (Dungeon Duets) hands, we cannot control how fast it gets to you or what happens to it in transit. We are not responsible for lost packages.

International orders have a few more options available to you, at a variety of rates. International buyers, please be aware of a few things:

  • We do not collect any import fees/taxes on our end. Buyers are responsible for those fees on arrival. 
  • As of right now, we are not shipping to Australia via USPS. You are able to select either UPS or DHL at a much higher rate, or you can select USPS and we will hold your packages until shipping opens up again.

Only in extreme circumstances will we offer refunds for orders that encounter shipping issues, determined at our discretion.

Refunds:

Due to the handmade nature of this product, returns and refunds are not accepted. 

In the (very rare) case of shipping damage, we will help you to pursue a claim with the shipping carrier. If this is a serious concern for you, please select Priority Mail at checkout.
